Please read these Terms carefully. By using The Suchef website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice — the latest version will always be available on this page.
Who We Are
The Suchef is a cloud kitchen operating in Pune, Maharashtra. We offer chef-prepared meals, DIY meal kits, cold-pressed juices, weekly meal plan subscriptions, and health products — delivered exclusively within Pune.
Placing an Order
- Orders placed on our platform are subject to availability and our confirmation.
- All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Prices may change without prior notice. In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order with a full refund.
- By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 years or older, or acting under a legal guardian's supervision.
- Product images and descriptions are representative — slight variations in presentation may occur.
Meal Plans
- Meal plans are available on weekly (7 meals) and monthly (28 meals) billing cycles.
- Plans are coordinated via WhatsApp (+91-8983924940) — orders cannot be placed through the platform for subscriptions.
- You may pause your meal plan at any time by informing us on WhatsApp.
- Regular and Regular + Beverage plans guarantee a minimum of 30g protein per meal.
- Sandwich availability in meal plans is on specific days — please request in advance.
Payment
- Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or financial information.
- If a payment failure occurs but funds are deducted from your account, the amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
Delivery
- We deliver exclusively within Pune, Maharashtra.
- Estimated delivery is next day (within 24–48 hours of order confirmation).
- Delivery is free on orders above ₹299. A ₹49 delivery fee applies below ₹299.
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us on WhatsApp.
- Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.
- The Suchef reserves the right to cancel any order due to availability issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud — with a full refund.
Refunds & Quality
As we deal in fresh, perishable food, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. Quality complaints (damaged, missing, or incorrect items) must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof. Approved complaints are resolved via replacement or refund. User Conduct
You agree not to place false or fraudulent orders, misuse our platform, submit misleading reviews, or engage in any activity that disrupts our services or harms other users.
Intellectual Property
All content on The Suchef website — including brand assets, menu descriptions, images, and copy — is the property of The Suchef and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Suchef shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
