The Suchef currently delivers exclusively within Pune, Maharashtra. We do not ship outside Pune at this time.

Order Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation. Estimated delivery is next day (within 24–48 hours), depending on your location within Pune and daily order volume.

You can specify a preferred delivery time slot at checkout, subject to availability. We'll do our best to accommodate your preference and confirm it via WhatsApp if needed.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, an unreachable recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the delivery will be considered completed and no refund will be issued for that attempt. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the provided address.

Delays

While we strive to deliver on time every day, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will proactively inform you via WhatsApp if your order is significantly delayed.

Meal Plan Deliveries

Meal plan deliveries follow a fixed schedule agreed upon at the time of subscription. Changes to your delivery schedule, address, or timing can be requested by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91-8983924940 at least 24 hours in advance.
