Our Quality Promise
Every order leaves our kitchen fresh and carefully packed. If something isn't right, we want to fix it — just reach out within 24 hours of delivery.
No Return Policy
As we deal in fresh, perishable food, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. All sales of food items are final upon delivery.
Quality Issues We'll Resolve
We will address complaints in the following situations:
- A damaged or spoiled ingredient
- An incorrect item delivered
- A missing item from your order
Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Requests after this window will not be entertained.

Resolution
Once we verify your complaint (within 2–7 days), we will either:
- Replace the affected item at no additional cost, or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7 days. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider and are outside our control.
Non-Refundable Items
- Delivery charges are non-refundable in all cases
- Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted
- Dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences does not qualify for a refund
Final Decision
The Suchef reserves the right to approve or reject any refund or replacement request after verification. Our decision, communicated after review, will be final.
